Competition Prize Giveaway Rules and Regulations
 
**1. Eligibility**  
   a. The competition is open to individuals aged 18 years and older.  
   b. Employees, affiliates, and immediate family members of the organising entity are not eligible to participate.  
   c.Participation requires UK residency and a purchase from our website per voucher.
 
 
**2. Entry Requirements**  
   a. To enter the competition, participants must complete the designated action(s) as outlined section 1 (e.g.,making a single purchase from our website, follow our social media accounts, sharing this post online if possible)  
   b. No limit on entry per person, but each voucher must have a single purchase from our website. 
 
**3. Entry Period**  
   a. The competition / give away starts on Wednesday 27 Nov 24 and ends on 19 Dec 24. Entries submitted after this period will not be considered.  
   b. The organisation reserves the right to extend or shorten the entry period at its discretion.

**5. Winner Selection**  
   a. Winners will be selected through random number selection on 19th Dec 2024.  
   b. The winner will be notified via email & social media within 1 Hour of the selection.
 
**6. Claiming Prizes**  
   a. Winners must respond to the notification within 48-72 hours to claim their prize.  
   b. If a winner fails to claim their prize within the designated time, the organising entity reserves the right to select an alternate winner.
 
**7. Publicity Release**  
   a. By entering the competition, participants grant the organising entity the right to use their name to alert people of the winner, without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
 
**8. General Conditions**  
   a. The organising entity reserves the right to suspend or terminate the competition at any time for any reason, including but not limited to technical difficulties or fraud.  
   b. Participants agree to abide by these rules and regulations and the decisions of the organising entity, which are final and binding.
 
**9. Limitation of Liability**  
   a. By participating, entrants release and hold harmless the organising entity, its affiliates, and their respective employees, agents, and representatives from any and all liability for injuries, loss, or damage of any kind arising from participation in the competition or acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize.
 
**10. Governing Law**  
   a. The competition shall be governed by the laws of United Kingdom.
